Part of the company's expansion plan and multi-channel strategy, Natura, Brazil's largest direct selling company, opens its first owned store in São José dos Campos - a city about 90 km from the state capital next Friday 29
Located at CenterVale Shopping, the store brings a new concept of experience to the customer. There, visitors can learn about the ingredients of Brazilian biodiversity used in the brand's products, as well as their origin.
The store is segmented into two main islands, which allow for greater product experimentation. The first island features personal care products, shows the Ekos line, which is 100% vegan and has natural ingredients from Brazilian biodiversity. The second island displays exclusive fragrances from the Brazilian Perfumery House, with exclusive ingredients, organic alcohol and recycled glass.
To facilitate and avoid queues, payment can also be made by mobile system, making the purchase process more dynamic and fluid. The store is point for reverse logistics. The consumer may return the packaging of any cosmetic product of the brand already used, which will be transformed into new product bottles reinforcing the positioning of the brand "The World Is More Beautiful With You".
