The technical public, formed by formulators, chemists, developers and R&D professionals from the beauty and personal care industry will have the chance to participate in a networking, launch, trends and business journey at in-cosmetics Virtual, which will take place between the 6th and 8th of October, at in-cosmetics Latin America 2020.
There will be more than 140 suppliers of raw materials from all over the world, including brands such as Cargill, Croda, Dow, Evonik, Solvay, Elementis, Grant, Greentech, Lipotrue, Aqia, Embacaps, Kao Chemicals, Givaudan, Galena, Plantus, Kosmoscience, Assessa, Atina, and new companies like Bidah & Chaumel, Neyber or Tagra.
The digital format avoids agglomerations and brings the possibility of checking content and holding meetings or closing deals from anywhere, an opportunity for manufacturers in the Brazilian market.
“We know that in-cosmetics is part of the annual planning of companies and professionals, feeding their product creation cycles with innovative raw materials, information and technology. Therefore, we had the responsibility to maintain this commitment, presenting solutions to support the resumption of activities and business in 2020 and the virtual model is the best solution ”, says Cathy Laporte, Portfolio Director at Reed Exhibitions.
The visitor's online journey was entirely designed to ensure easy navigation. The platform is compatible with mobile devices, but it is recommended that access be done via desktop for better use. It has advanced artificial intelligence technology, which will cross data to establish personalized and value-added connections. With a focus on interactivity, visitors will be able to schedule meetings by videoconference, participate in educational sessions or search for products putting together their own program, just as they do in the physical event.
In-cosmetics Virtual highlights the “New ingredients zone” area, with raw materials recently launched. The innovation will be celebrated and recognized with the Global Awards and the “Technical Seminars”, will present technical lectures with the main players in the industry and the “Marketing Trends” bringing together national and foreign specialists to discuss the next market directions.
In order to have an idea about how the program talks to current and urgent issues, the Marketing Trends area will address on October 7th the theme “Regulation in Latin America”, presented by the Cosmetics, Personal Care and Home Care Industry Council of Latin America (CASIC). Euromonitor, on the other hand, will talk about the “Ingredients market - Impact of Covid-19 and future perspectives”. And, closing the 8th, Bruna Ortega, Beauty & Fashion Expert from WGSN, will bring insights on “The new beauty consumer”.
